LET'S GET MARRIED !

One day in April of 2021, Shey was in search of a new job. They looked far and wide, on a quest to make it in the big city. Eventually they wound up in downtown Houston at Gus's World Famous Chicken where they'd meet the inevitable love of their life, Mario. Once hired onto the team, Shey and Mario quickly became friends, often sharing stories about their lives and laughter. Four months after the day they met, Shey invited Mario to be their plus one at a mutual friend's birthday celebration. This was the beginning of something beautiful. Mario surprised Shey by asking them to go out for their first official date a week later. They went to a local arcade called Speedys, which had bumper cars, mini golf, batting cages, and so much more. The date went SO well, Mario followed up by buying them tickets to a rave for Shey's 26th birthday. Of course Shey was ecstatic and anxious simultaneously. The second date was a huge success. The show was phenomenal and both Shey and Mario didn't want the night to end. So much so that they stayed up until 4AM the following morning. During the wee hours of that beautiful morning, Shey asked Mario to be their partner, and the rest is history, as they say.
