Kim Williams Trail
There are trails on both sides of the river. We recommend walking on the south side of the river, going up river (east). You can get into nature pretty quickly, just a stone's throw from downtown

Glacier National Park
Staying late or coming early? Visit Glacier NP! It's only 3 hours away and obviously is a national treasure. If you take hwy 93 to get there, it's worth stopping at the Bison range on the way. The local Confederated Salish Kootenai Tribes manage this amazing piece of land full of wild bison! If you take hwy 83 to get there, it'll take a little bit longer but you get to enjoy the scenic drive up the Swan Valley. One of Lindsay's favorite places on earth!
Weir Creek Hot Springs
Highway 12 is a beautiful scenic drive - would recommend! If you're into it, take a little jaunt and check out the hot springs while you're at it!
