There is a domestic airport located right in La Crosse, WI! There are international airports in Minneapolis, MN as well as Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL. La Crosse is about two and a half hours from Minneapolis, and about 3 hours from Milwaukee. Chicago is a bit farther at about 4 hours away.
We kindly request guests join our celebration with formal attire. Suits of any color, cocktail dresses, pant suits and other formal attire are encouraged. The ceremony location is grassy and the parking lot is gravel so block heels are recommended over tall stiletto heels. September in Wisconsin can be warm or cool so we recommend dressing for summer and bringing a light wrap or jacket.
Yes, there is parking onsite at the Greenhouse at Bittersweet. The over flow lot is located behind the building. The parking lot is gravel. "The Greenhouse is located within Bittersweet Flower Market. On Highway 16, we are a large red barn halfway between Losey Blvd in La Crosse and the Valley View Mall. If you are heading North to Onalaska, we will be a left turn - there is a center turning lane. If you are heading South to La Crosse, we are a right turn - we suggest using your blinker starting back at the Viterbo Sports Complex as our property is just after a curve when coming from the North. We do put a message out on our sign, so look for that if you are unsure!"
