Ceremony
4:15 pm - 5:00 pm

The attire is semi-formal. Please note: the ceremony seating will be on grass.
Parking: please enter the resort through the entrance off of Rancho California Road. Once entered, park in the immediate parking lot following the entrance. There will be a sign reading "Shuttle to Rose Arbor" to indicate wedding parking. Once parked, South Coast Shuttles will transport you from the parking lot to the ceremony space. After the conclusion of the ceremony, the shuttles will transport you to the cocktail hour and reception space.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Hour will take place in the winery courtyard. There will be an open bar serving beer, wine and soft drinks. We will be serving the following passed hors d'oeuvres: maple bacon stick, jumbo lump crab cake with jalapeno mayo, and vegetable spring rolls.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-formal
The reception will be held in the courtyard of the winery. Note: it may be chilly as the night progresses, so please bring a jacket just in case!
