FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 25, 2020! This deadline is important to Josh & Michelle as they will need to finalize a headcount with their vendors approximately 6 weeks before the big day.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would prefer guests to stay away from jeans and casual clothes, but feel free to dress anywhere from khakis to three piece suits or cute jumpsuits to formal fancy dresses!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep the headcount accurate and guest count within range, if you were not given a plus one on your invitation, please do not bring a date. If you're not sure about a plus one, you can determine if you were allotted one by going through the RSVP process on the RSVP tab. Or of course, feel free to reach out to Josh or Michelle with questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We tried our best to include all kids on your online invitation, but if you're not seeing a place to RSVP for your child, please let us know! However, if you think your child will be a distraction during the ceremony and want a date night away, consider hiring a sitter for the evening.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample free street parking within two blocks of Union. If you'd prefer to avoid parking, consider taking the KC Streetcar (it's free!) or calling an Uber to chauffeur you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We'll begin promptly at 4:30 so please arrive to the venue with plenty of time to find parking, sign the guestbook, and take your seat before the ceremony begins. Doors will open at 4:00.

For all the days along the way
