Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but we ask that they sit this one out. No children under the age of 16 are to be present for the ceremony or the reception. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. No denim, shorts, or t-shirts.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed parking at the immediate location of the venue. There are several parking garages in downtown Annapolis that you may choose to use in addition to street parking in various locations. We will have shuttle service operating from the Gotts Ct. garage from 2:15pm-3:15pm prior to the ceremony, and then again from 9:00-10:00pm after the reception ends.

May I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation included "and guest," then you may bring a date. Otherwise, please do not bring anyone with you who was not mentioned on your invitation.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We have been very blessed in the years we have been together and have little need for additional things around our home. For that reason, we have chosen to forego a traditional gift registry and ask that, should you feel inclined to provide a gift, you contribute to either our honeymoon fund or our home improvement fund. Gifts of any kind are not expected but are so appreciated. Thank you!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Mid-October in Maryland is generally mild, so we are hoping for comfortable weather.

How early should guests arrive at the venue?

Answer

Downtown Annapolis hosts Boat Show every year, which always attracts large crowds and heavy traffic. Unfortunately, Boat Show 2024 falls on the same weekend as our wedding. With that in mind, please consider allowing additional time for travel, parking, and shuttle to the venue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm and guests arriving late will be asked to view from the reception area.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

We don't know! With our wedding being in downtown Annapolis, surrounded by many bars, we will have the option to go to any of those bars after the reception ends. We have decided not to make arrangements ahead of time and will decide toward the end of the night if we would like to continue the party elsewhere. We will let all guests know if we will be moving on to another bar after the reception ends!
