Since we have so many friends and family traveling to New York, we will be hosting a get together inclusive of food and drinks until the end of the night. Attire is nice casual and is a cocktail space, not a sit-down dinner.
501 Union is an indoor venue with the option to open the garage, weather permitting. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in one location no outdoor walking will be required in between events.
Unfortunately, our venue has really limited capacity so we’ve had to really scale back our guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

You can expect the weather to range from the 60s to 70s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or coat. A free coat check room will be available at the venue.
After the ceremony, family members and the wedding party will take pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving food and beverages. Don't worry, we'll be joining you too, because we have FOMO (fear of missing out).
The optional tea ceremony begins at 4pm, so please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm. Immediate family will be required to attend by 3pm for family photos prior to.
You will be responsible for your own travel to the venue before and after the wedding. We recommend requesting an Uber/Lyft or finding a yellow taxi. #adulting
Try looking for free street parking first – there are usually a ton of spots available where you don't have to pay. Staying at the EVEN? The front desk told us they give can give you a code or vouchers at the front desk upon check-in for the parking lot. We recommend that guest arrive to the hotel and get settled prior to dropping the car off – the garage has no in-and-out privileges. They have a loading zone that can be used to park the card for 10-15 minutes to drop off bags check-in etc. On Friday (the day of the wedding), you should take an uber/taxi (7-min) or walk (15-mins) to the event space. Parking will be very limited because Bad Bunny will be here this weekend (5-mins away from us). You will be parking at the LAZ PARKING Garage located at 225 Schermerhorn Street at the Addison Condo Property between Hoyt and Bond Street. It's $40.00 per day. Phone number is 917-909-0454. Reminder: no in and our privileges. If you're staying at the ACE, you can park at IPARK. Cost is $40-$65 depending on the kind of car. You may receive a 10% discount when you show them a room key or a folio (room statement) from your stay. No in and out privileges allowed. Reminder: Bad Bunny is playing nearby the venue/hotel there will be traffic in the evening.
Street parking is available. You will be responsible for reading any signs for what is permitted.
