Who do I contact day-of if I am having trouble getting on base?
Answer
The bride, groom, and their families will not be available to help with base access day-of. If you are having difficulty getting on base on the day of the wedding, please call Bill Thomas at (757)660-5832 or Zach Taylor at (832)638-7542.

Where is Ocean View at Ballast Point Located?
Answer
There are a few different addresses that pop up on Google or Apple Maps that can't be trusted. With either app, if you type in “Ocean View at Ballast Point” it should take you straight to the wedding site, which is on the east side of Point Loma at the Naval Submarine Base. It is attached to the Navy Gateway Inn right on the ocean. Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yyMPyVVyn3Hm1pr78 Click on Schedule for a Clickable Link to the Map Directions: Don't forget your Identification Head South on Rosecrans St, Pass Thru Kellogg St Approach the Base Gate and pickup your Base Access Passes prior to entry on the right hand side Keep Heading South on Rosecrans until it dead ends at the Gas Station Turn left and Park in either Parking Lots on your right Entrance to the venue is between the 4 Story & 3 Story Hotel Buildings on the grass

Can I Uber to the wedding site?
Answer
Unfortunately, Uber drivers will not be admitted on base and neither will guests on foot. We recommend driving or carpooling. There will be ample parking onsite!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Plan to arrive to the base gate between 2:45 and 3:15 to pickup your access passes.
