Where will the celebrations take place?

Our Wedding Mass will be held at St. John Catholic Church in Johnsburg, IL at 1:00pm, and the reception will follow at Crystal Creek Farm Venue in Crystal Lake, IL at 5:00pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Wedding Mass will begin promptly at 1:00pm! Please arrive early to park and find a seat. Guests are to be seated by 12:45pm. St. John's is stunning - you will find a lot of beauty to admire before the Mass begins :)

What's the parking situation?

Both St. John's and Crystal Creek Farm have ample space in their lots for parking.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in formal attire and observe modesty, as the Sacrament of Matrimony is incredibly sacred and important to us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Believe us - we love kids and cannot wait to have our own! However for our special day, we have decided to only invite the children of our closest family members and friends. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence, love, well-wishes, and prayers are the greatest gifts of them all. As we get closer to our Wedding day, we will create some online registries with items for our first future home together. If you are feeling generous and would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan our future together as newlyweds.
