Travel Note
As of 1 January 2023, the currency used in Croatia is the euro (EUR), which replaced the previously used kuna. Croatia is a credit card friendly country. We suggest you bring some cash, but your cards can be used at most stores.
Flight
For our NYC guests, the only airport to fly direct is Newark. If you prefer to fly out of JFK (we do), you can do a quick layover in a number of countries in Europe, such as Amsterdam, France, Poland, etc.
Travel Note
Dubrovnik 3 day pass is the way to go! This provides you with unlimited access to the bus, as well as it grants free entrance to 13 of the top museums and attractions in the city. Uber and Bolt are popular car services you can use. We suggest you download both apps, as we found Bolt to be quicker and more available most of the time.
