Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will be on the beach, with pictures to follow. The ceremony is closest to the Fairfield Inn hotel. There is paid parking around the ceremony location as found on this beach parking map. https://www.myclearwater.com/files/sharedassets/public/v/5/engineering/documents/parking/beach-parking-map-june-2024.pdf We have arranged for group transportation from the Idlewild ceremony location to the marina for the reception, and back to the ceremony location afterwards to get your cars.
Reception on the Calypso Queen
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Clearwater Beach Marina, 25 Causeway Blvd., Slip #18, Clearwater, FL 33767
Our reception will be on the Calypso Queen, a chartered boat that will cruise around the harbor. The marina is a few minutes away from the beach ceremony location and there is paid parking around the marina, although there is currently construction happening at the marina. We have arranged for group transportation from the Idlewild ceremony location to the marina for the reception, and back to the ceremony location afterwards to get your cars. Boarding begins at 6:30 PM with a 7:00 PM departure on the Calypso Queen. The reception will be approximately 2 hours. Please wait in the vicinity to board the boat on time. The boat will have other passengers and parties besides ours. Please RSVP how many adults and children will be attending the reception. The cruise ship has to know exactly how many passengers are boarding the vessel for the Coast Guard notification.
