Question

What is your venue's response to COVID-19?

Answer

Our venue is following CDC Guidelines and is requiring that all members of the wedding party, guests, and vendors be fully vaccinated (including all boosters) against COVID-19. If you are not fully vaccinated, we will happily celebrate with you at a later date.

Do I need to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19?

Answer

The Globe Dye Works asks that you provide proof of vaccination, including all relevant boosters, prior to attending our wedding. Please send a copy of your vaccination card to asherry.ggreiser@gmail.com no later than Friday, September 16 so that we can make sure our venue has the necessary information. If you are not fully vaccinated, we will happily celebrate with you at a later date.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (and you!) a night of relaxation, we respectfully request no children under the age of 16 attend our wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer

We hired an amazing photographer (check her out: caramariephotography.co) and kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony, but feel free to post photos of cocktail hour and the reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please, no jeans. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor reception to follow.

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

Choose a seat, not a side, as long as there is no "Reserved" sign.

I'm visiting from out of town - what can I do when I'm in Philadelphia?

Answer

Will the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is a small parking lot at the site, as well as some street parking. Please park at your own risk. There will be a shuttle from the Sonesta Rittenhouse (18th and Market) that will leave at 4:00pm and we encourage you to utilize this service.
