Cocktail Dress
We'll have a short ceremony and then celebrate in the private courtyard of Cottage 4 with champagne, wine, beer and appetizers. There will be a bit of dancing and then we'll head off to dinner.
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
We are having a set 4 course menu with several options for soup, entree and dessert. Dinner is being covered by Sherrie's wonderful parents. Soup: TURTLE SOUP AU SHERRY OR CREOLE SEAFOOD GUMBO Salad: COURT OF TWO SISTERS DINNER SALAD Entree: CHICKEN OSCAR (Grilled breast of chicken, potato mash, steamed asparagus, jumbo lump crabmeat, hollandaise) CORN FRIED LOUISIANA CATFISH (Served with Creole mustard slaw, jumbo lump crabmeat, cayenne tartar sauce) SHRIMP AND GRITS (Louisiana shrimp and Andouille sausage poached in a Creole Meunière reduction Served over grits) TROUT MEUNIERE OR AMANDINE Pan fried filet of trout, roasted potatoes, asparagus. Meunière or Amandine style) CHAR-BROILED TENDERLOIN OF BEEF (The whole tenderloin is lightly charred and sliced. Served with marchand de vin sauce and accompanied with potato mash and haricots verts) Dessert: CHOCOLATE MOUSSE, PECAN PIE, COURTYARD BREAD PUDDING with Whiskey Sauce

We'll head over as a group to Frenchman Street, catch some live music at Spotted Cat, Blue Nile, dba, Cafe Negril and more! We'll dance, we'll drink, we'll celebrate!
