What is the theme of the wedding?

Answer

The theme is fantasy forest. Our primary colors are teal and dark green with a hint of purple.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting a semi formal dress code for the evening. Please no jeans or shorts, but khakis are fine. Wear whatever color you would like except white. If you need help determining what to wear, please feel free to go to this site: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The main venue is outside, however, in case of rain there is a secondary space at the same venue that is covered.

Is it handicap accessible?

Answer

The main walkway up does have steps, however, for those with mobility issues there will be transportation provided to the spot where the ceremony will be held.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple ceremony sites at our venue, but each one has its own parking. Our site, Woodsgate, has more than enough parking space.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We will have a special time in the ceremony for those who would like to take a photo. But other than that, we ask that they be put away. After the ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos as you want.

Is there a bar?

Answer

Yes, there is. We will be having a cash bar.

What are the meal options?

Answer

Stuffed Loin of Pork: Tender pork loin filled with Stroudsmoor Sausage Stuffing and finished with a pork demi-glace. Salmon Dolce Forte: Poached filets finished with sweet mustard and dill glaze.

Will there be a vegetarian option?

Answer

Yes! While our main dishes are salmon and pork, our venue will accommodate special dietary restrictions. Just be sure to include that when you RSVP.
