We are excited to celebrate with you

Back in July 2008; Sherrelle and her friend were looking for a part time job; to where Sherrelle reached out to "this guy" on Facebook; who was hiring for a popular night club in south Trinidad. "This guy" was Andre; and after a brief Facebook conversation; Sherrelle and Andre officially met. Even though Sherrelle had a brief stint at the part time gig; she remained friends with Andre throughout the years (crossing paths ever so often at events). Fast forward to January 2014; they both saw each other at a carnival event "Out in South" ; and in the true essences of carnival; they had a great time together and made arrangements to attend another event; "Sahara". Sahara was technically their first date together; however at that time; they were just friends partying. Thankfully to Machel Montano; their first date was captured and displayed on his IG page lol. They continued to communicate; even though Andre went missing for Carnival Monday & Tuesday and resurfaced Ash Wednesday; however it was all good as they were still just friends; living their best lives. After a few weeks; Sherrelle invited Andre to Tobago Jazz; where little did they know was the beginning of a beautiful connection. In the midst of Andre connecting seamlessly with Sherrelle's friends (as this was his first time meeting them) and John Legend planting the seed for a beautiful weekend; they were able to connect on a deeper level (get your minds out the gutter.....if you know Dre....this simply means they talked for hourssssss lol). After an eventful and fun weekend; they both recognized there was more to this "friendship" (even though others saw it first). On the 9th May 2014; following a drive to Chaguaramas; Andre and Sherrelle decided to take a leap of faith and officially became a couple!. And then the rest became history........

A plan that should have happened on Sherrelle's 34th birthday. However COVID happened...and Dre was quarantined during that time. Nevertheless, in true Andre style; he had a plan for later on. At Sherrelle's home; Andre planned a romantic candle-lit dinner (shout out to ChefbyCheflys); which was a complete surprise. Following an amazing dinner; desert time came around; and while Sherrelle was focused on the beautiful "gift box" cake (and no it never occurred to her that it represented a tiffany box); Dre pulled out a ring and popped the question..... The room was filled with giggles and joy; when Sherrelle said "YES," and just like that they were engaged. They are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in their lives with you.
