When should I book my room?

Now is the time to secure your room(s). If plans should change you can always cancel. The hotel gives you 24 hrs prior to the day of the wedding to cancel without being charge.

The ceremony starts at 4 pm. Reception to follow at 7.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal. This is a dress up event, no jeans or relax casual clothing, please. Some onsite restaurants require men to wear pants (no shorts) so come prepared.

Yes, make it a family vacation! Please include in your RSVP how many people/kids you will be bringing.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There will be a welcome dinner the night before the wedding. If you wish to attend, please RSVP on the wedding website for the event. Other events are being planned, but not yet confirmed. Will have a full itinerary of the weekend events when you arrive!

Yes, there will be cocktails served with a light snack for 1 hour right after the ceremony 4:30 - 5:30.

Guess will be seated for 3:00 pm. Ceremony will be in the Garden Gazebo. A meeting point will be setup in advance. More details to come.
