Room Release Date (Cut Off): Thursday, July 14, 2022   Please note the following….. * After the room release date (cutoff date) any guest attempting to book a reservation will be offered a room, if available, at the regular retail rate.  * If guests prefer to book their reservations via the phone, they may call 1-800-HARRAHS (1-800-427-7247) and mention your group code: S0813HS.  All call-in reservations are subject to a $10 processing fee. * All reservations will require a deposit via credit card for the first night’s room charge and tax. * The daily amenity fee of $15 (plus the current room tax) per room, per night, will be assessed on the final bill at check-out. This fee includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access, use of our fitness center and free hotel self-parking. * Valid photo identification and credit card are required by all guests at check-in.  A $50 refundable incidental deposit will be assessed per stay.     IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM    Early check-in requests can be noted but not guaranteed. If you prefer to arrive early, it is highly recommended to reserve a room the night prior.   Late check-out is subject to advanced approval and availability.  If arranged and approved in advance a fee of $10 per hour will apply up to 2PM.
