What time should I arrive?

We will be starting promptly at 5pm in the Empire Ballroom of the Palmer House. We recommend entering the hotel on Monroe Street. We understand city traffic can be unpredictable, so please make an extra effort to arrive early if you are traveling by car. The hotel has a beautiful lobby to enjoy if you are early.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, the Palmer House has valet parking on Monroe Street. Non-overnight valet parking will be discounted to a rate of $36 per car for the night of our wedding. We understand that parking can be expensive -- please check out the multiple Spothero parking sites located near the venue for cheaper rates.

What will the weather in Chicago be like?

Answer

October in Chicago is beautiful. It will likely range from 50-70 degrees outside with possible rain. We would recommend a light jacket and umbrella if you are traveling and exploring the city. Our wedding will be completely indoors.

Are you accepting gifts/registry?

Answer

Please know that your presence at our wedding is more than enough. There will be a card box available at the event. Thank you for being a part of our special day!
