Booking Hotel Room Information
Please note that there is no option for us to room block, which means that if you don't book your room ahead of time, there is a chance that there might not be availability for your preferred room or dates. The wedding is on a Friday, so please keep that in mind when booking. Also, in order for the Promo Code to work you must book at least 3 nights under a refundable rate. (To get the group rate with the Promo Code, you must reserve under a refundable room. DO NOT BOOK A NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM). The Promo Code is active until January.

Payment
No deposit is required. All the reservations booked under the Promo Code will be charged in full thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed.

Shuttle Information
Free airport transfer includes 1 private round trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time). Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport to the booked hotel (Finest Playa Mujeres Resort). Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights and using the Promo Code provided.

Cancellation
For cancellations of direct booking (with Promo Code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure.
