Question

Is there parking at The Hotel Salem?

Answer

The Hotel Salem itself does not have on-site parking, so we've put together a list of recommended parking locations below. Any metered spots can be paid with coins or by downloading the Passport Parking App. (If you require assistance please call the hotel at (978) 451-4950 prior to arrival) Museum Place Parking Garage 0.2 Miles ; 3 Minute Walk 1 New Liberty Place, Salem MA $1.25/hour 24/7 West Church Street Lot 0.2 Miles ; 3 Minute Walk 35 Church Street, Salem MA $1.50/hour (Parking is free daily from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but you’ll need to renew through the Passport Parking App at 8:00 AM the next morning.) MBTA Salem Lot 0.3 Miles ; 7-8 Minute Walk 252 Bridge Street, Salem MA $5/Weekdays $2/Weekends Ubers, Lyfts, Taxis + more will not be able to pull up to our front entrance, but we recommend having them navigate to 15 Central St, Salem MA for the closest car-friendly drop off spot to our property and just a 2 minute walk around the corner from our front entrance!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from Oceanview of Nahant to guests staying in Salem. Bus 1 — For Guests Staying at The Hotel Salem, The Hawthorne Hotel, and Nearby Airbnbs • 3:00–3:15 PM – Pick-up at Rockafellas Restaurant (close to The Hotel Salem and many Salem Airbnbs) • 3:15–3:30 PM – Pick-up at The Hawthorne Hotel Bus 2 — For Guests Staying at The Salem Waterfront Hotel • 3:15–3:30 PM – Pick-up at The Salem Waterfront Hotel Return Shuttles: • 10:30 PM • 11:30 PM

Is there parking at the venue? And can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Oceanview and overnight parking is permitted. Please ensure that vehicles are parked on the Oceanview side, rather than the golf course side.

Can I bring a guest or a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
