When should I RSVP?

Due to a limited amount of rooms blocked at the venue and limited inventory of certain rooms, room bookings will be on a first-come-first-served basis. We have a huge guest list, so you will want to book as soon as possible.

We have a strict guest list given the limited number of space in the hotel. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What amenities are included for guests who reserve hotel rooms through our special rate?
Answer
Guests reserving hotel rooms through our special rate enjoy exclusive access for 2 people per room to the concierge lounge on the property. The concierge lounge offers a range of amenities, including: Breakfast: Available from Monday to Friday, 6am - 9am, and Saturday to Sunday, 6am - 10am. Hor D'oeuvres: Enjoy delectable appetizers served every day from 5pm - 7:30pm. Dessert: Indulge in delicious desserts available every day from 7:30pm - 8:30pm. Guests can relax and savor these complimentary offerings in the comfortable and inviting environment of our concierge lounge.

Is parking available for guests and what are the charges?
Answer
We are pleased to offer discounted parking for our guests at a rate of $10 per night. Upon check-in, please inform the front desk if you have a car. When entering and exiting the parking lot, simply use your room key for seamless access. In the event that you forget your room key, there is a buzzer available. Just provide them with your room number, and they will assist you in exiting the parking area. Your convenience and ease of access are our top priorities.

Where do I pick up the hotel shuttle from EWR airport?

Terminal A From baggage claim, walk toward the exit and go outside. Cross the street to the center island. Look for the sign #14 that reads Marriot Hotel Shared Ride Services. Terminal B From baggage claim follow the exit sign. Cross the street and look for the sign that says #5 Newark Airport Marriot Hotel. Terminal C From baggage claim, walk toward the exit sign and go outside Cross the street to the first island and walk to your right past the taxi stand. Stand under sign #7. The shuttle runs every 15 mins 24/7. If you have any issues, please call 973-623-0006.
