Need-to-knows

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re setting the tone for a sleek, sophisticated celebration—all black, formal attire only. Think cocktail dresses, gowns, suits, or tuxedos. Show up sharp, stylish, and ready to turn heads. Ladies: Long gowns are welcomed, but let’s keep it sleek: no trains trailing behind. That honor’s reserved for the bride. Please avoid the following: • Jeans or denim of any kind • Sneakers or athletic shoes • Baseball caps or hats • Sweat suits or loungewear • Graphic tees or casual tops We can’t wait to see you looking fly in all black everything!

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so plus ones are by invitation only. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be clearly indicated. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest loved ones.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:15 PM and close promptly at 3:50 PM. All guests must be inside and seated before the doors close. Please note: If you arrive after 3:50 PM, you will not be able to enter the ceremony space. We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to arrive early to enjoy the setting and settle in.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Guests will enjoy light bites during cocktail hour, a full dinner, and drinks from our hosted bar. Come ready to eat, sip, and celebrate!

Question

Can I use my phone or take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

You’re welcome to use your phone and take photos before the ceremony begins. However, once the doors close at 3:50 PM, we kindly ask that all devices be silenced and put away. We’re having an unplugged ceremony to keep the moment intimate and distraction-free. We’d love for you to take photos and videos during the reception! Feel free to snap, share, and tag your memories with #ItsForeverDuckett so we can relive the magic through your eyes.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception venues offer on-site parking for guests. Please note: the ceremony and reception are in separate locations, approximately 25 minutes apart, so plan accordingly when arranging transportation.
