Day of Schedule
- Doors Open at 2:00 PM: Guests are welcome to arrive and mingle.
- Formal Photos at 2:45 PM: Immediate family and wedding party members, please be aware that we will reach out to you if you're needed for these photos.
- Guest Arrival by 3:45 PM: We suggest arriving by this time to ensure you're seated and ready, but feel free to come earlier to enjoy light refreshments.
- Ceremony Begins at 4:00 PM
- Cocktail Hour from 4:30 - 5:30 PM: Enjoy drinks and join in the fun of piñata smashing!
- Dinner and Dancing: Following cocktail hour, we’ll transition to a night filled with food, music, and celebration!
- Bar Closes at 9:00 PM: After this time, the bar will be stocked with self-service drinks for guests to help themselves.

Parking and Entrance Information

- Parking: Please park in the neighborhood along Olympus Drive and take care not to block the gate at the back of the property. - Entry to the Venue: Enter through the small gate at the corner of Winchester and Olympus. Please do not enter through the back gate.
