No later than 2-1-26 but the earlier the better.
There is a shuttle that runs from the Jekyll Ocean Club to the Jekyll Island Club daily running every half hour between 8:00 am and 9:45 pm. Per our event coordinator, the shuttle tends to run later hours during weddings to help accommodate guests. Although it is “technically” for guests that are staying at the Ocean Club or the Jekyll Island Club, she mentioned that most drivers will be happy to provide transportation so long as guests are present at the designated pick up and drop off locations.
As much as we would love to celebrate with all the little ones, we are limited on headcount at the reception. Only the names listed on the invites are invited to the ceremony and reception.
The welcome party is cocktail attire. This could be anything from a short sleeve polo shirt to a long sleeve collared shirt for the men. For the women, this means shorter "cocktail" dresses or jumpsuit, not too fancy! The ceremony and reception are coastal garden, more formal than Friday night. Suits for the men and long or midi dress is appropriate for the women.
The ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will be also be outdoors with shaded areas. Dinner will be served indoors. The reception will be a combination of indoor/outdoor space for guests.
