We met at Formula 3 Fitness in Hamburg, NY. Brandon was a personal trainer and Shenise was a client. It was fate to have met. Brandon had picked up a job at Formula 3 for one month while he was transitioning from one career to another. And, Shenise had a one month free trial to Formula 3. The day they met Brandon was asked to take a shift at the Hamburg location, and Shenise was debating not going to class that day, but by the grace of God she decided to go.
