Please review the wedding schedule carefully, as it includes important details regarding event times, transportation, dress codes, and locations for the wedding week festivities. Because transportation will be coordinated through the resort and several events are time-sensitive, it is extremely important that all guests arrive on time for each event to help the celebration run smoothly. Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.

Please join us for a welcome cocktail hour as both families and friends come together before the big day. This event will be a relaxed opportunity to mingle, connect, and learn more about the bride and groom’s families through a fun interactive game. The hotel will provide drinks and light bites during this event. Please be mindful that this gathering will only last one hour, so we ask that all guests arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. Wedding

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and linen jackets and slacks.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests should arrive at the venue no later than 3:00 PM. Please contact the resort shuttle between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM for transportation to the ceremony location. This ceremony will be held outdoors. Guests are encouraged to wear lightweight, breathable clothing due to the warm Jamaican weather. The couple kindly asks guests to wear pastel colors or the wedding colors: lilac, plum, and silver. Please note: No white attire No jeans Water will be provided during the ceremony, followed by a celebratory toast with sparkling beverages.

Reception

5:45 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and linen jackets and slacks.

Following the ceremony, guests will return to the resort for dinner and an evening of celebration honoring the newlyweds. Formal photos will begin shortly after the ceremony. To help us stay on schedule, the wedding planner will call guests individually for photos with the bride and groom. After the reception, guests are welcome to continue enjoying the resort amenities and nightlife.
