Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve arranged a shuttle to make getting to and from the venue easy and stress-free! Pickups will be at two convenient locations: 2:15 PM at the Murray Hotel in Livingston 2:40 PM at the Fairfield Marriott After the celebration, you’ll have two options for returning: The first shuttle will depart the venue at 9:00 PM The second will head out at 11:30 PM for those who want to keep the party going a little longer! Hop on, relax, and enjoy the ride—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes there is! Formal attire is highly requested. Gentleman, dark jeans are acceptable if preferred, but a sport coat is strongly encouraged. Ladies, please wear a dress or a dressier outfit to help keep things elegant and stylish! The bridal party will be in black tie so feel free to get as fancy as you want! One note: aside from the dance floor, the entire venue is on grass, so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home and opting for more lawn-friendly footwear. Can’t wait to see everyone looking fabulous!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience to assist us in staying organized. We kindly request that you respond by no later than August 4th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. If you would like to request a plus one who is not listed, please feel free to contact us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that there will be assigned seating for the ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Will there be a place to stay at the venue or camping allowed?

Answer

As much as we would love for all of you to stay with us, there is only accommodations for the bridal party and NO camping, trailers, campers, etc are allowed by the venue. We have accommodations listed under the travel tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all your little ones, we have a limited number of guests allotted for the venue, so if your kids are included, they'll be listed when you RSVP. Please note that the venue features a large pond and lots of wildlife, so if you're planning to bring your children, we kindly ask you to keep an eye on them for their safety.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar—cheers to that! We do kindly ask that you bring a bit of cash to tip our amazing bartenders who’ll be keeping the drinks flowing and the vibes high all night long.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside weather depending so please dress according to the weather for the time of year. The reception will be held in a large wedding tent with heat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:45pm and 3:00pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:30pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you tuck away your phones and cameras during the ceremony—don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of pros capturing the magic! Just relax, be present, and enjoy the moment with us.
