Bumble baby!! Met up for our first date at Hofbrauhaus and the rest is history!

Rick planned a surprise getaway, booking us a room at the Hilton in downtown Columbus and making dinner reservations for us at FYR. He intended to propose at Stories on High, the hotel's new rooftop restaurant, but it was closed for a private event! We pivoted and took ourselves on a mini bar crawl, visiting Char Bar, Martini's, Agave & Rye, Novak's and Brewcadia. Returning to our room to "freshen up" before dinner, Rick surprised me with a photo album filled with photos from our many dates and adventures. After strolling down memory lane, he knelt, asked "will you be my wife" and after responding "yes!" through tears, we toasted with champagne and continued the celebration at dinner. Our hangovers the next day really proved how much we celebrated (apologies to friends and family for the delayed phone call updates)
