We met at the beginning of June 2013, both looking to start a new chapter in our lives independently. We had a connection instantly; one like no other. Over the course of our relationship we had many ups and downs, had time apart, and it all brought us closer together. We took the time to focus on ourselves...what we should’ve done at first. We both grew individually and since then have been able to grow together. On January 31, 2018 Rick shared our moment with his family and finally asked Shelly to marry him! A day that we both never believed would come. We are planning to unite as one, us and Brandon, on June 8th, 2019...our 6 year anniversary!
