If you plan to fly into one of the Bay Area airports (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose), we recommend landing before 1pm or after 6pm to avoid peak rush-hour traffic. Landing between 1pm - 6pm will mean ~2.5 hours drive to the hotel.
