When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by August 8th. Due to the prevention and precautionary actions we are taking, it is important we have an accurate head count so we can make this wedding safe and fun!

What are the precautions taken for COVID-19?

Answer

To make this a fun and safe environment we have taken several measures in accordance with COVID-19. -The wedding reception has been reduced in size to fit guidelines -The Ceremony and Reception are outside -Chairs will be spaced out for vow viewing, but standing is also an option -Each table has reduced number of seats than normal -Hand Sanitizer stations will be available around the grounds -Food Stations will be utilized instead of a Buffet Line We encourage people to bring masks, but we would just like to ask that they are not the blue surgical masks (to keep the event more festive!).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID-19 we are currently at our max allowable numbers per Connecticut guidelines. So we are asking people not to bring extra guests at this time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressing in the Medieval Fantasy theme is optional, but it would make us very happy to see everyone dressed up and having fun. The Reception and Ceremony will be taking place on an open field, so wear shoes accordingly.

What do I need to bring?

Answer

You might want to bring cash as we will be having a cash bar. Also we will be having a 'chance game'. You can win prizes or even be crowned the King of Games! Since the wedding will take place at The Miner residence, there is no ATM nearby so bring what you need.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a lower field before the Ceremony and Reception area that is big enough for parking. Though carpooling is always a good idea!
