Guests are invited to cocktail hour while the wedding party takes photos.
3:45 PM – 4:45 PM — Cocktail Hour
Enjoy drinks, appetizers, music, and lawn games!
4:45 PM — Reception Begins
Guests find their assigned seats for dinner.
5:00 PM — Grand Entrance & Dinner
The couple makes their grand entrance, followed by dinner service.
6:00 PM — Toasts & First Dances
Raise a glass to the newlyweds and enjoy the first dances.
6:30 PM — Dance Floor Opens
Let’s party!
6:45 PM — Bouquet Toss
No elbows, please 😉
7:00 PM — Dessert / Cake Cutting
Sweet treats and cake are served.
8:30 PM — Last Call
Grab your final drink and make a few last memories on the dance floor.
