If you're in Portland on Thursday, we're hosting a super informal welcome event at Bar Bar on NE Mississippi Ave. We have the patio reserved from 7:30-10:30pm, but feel free to come and go as you please! Now, time for a cute story about why Bar Bar is a special place to us. The night before their first date, Clark and Michelle both ended up at Bar Bar separately, and with their respective friends. Michelle noticed Clark when he walked past her table and said hi to her friend who, turns out, Clark also knew (shoutout Sydney Layne!). Clark thought he might’ve recognized Michelle from across the room when he came back inside from the patio to order a drink. After an hour or two of nervous conspiring at her table, another one of Michelle’s friends (shoutout Eiley Morrison!) went up to Clark and said, “go say hi to my friend, Michelle, I think you’re going on a date with her tomorrow”. And, as they say, the rest is history.

Ceremony starts at 6pm followed by cocktail hour with light bites. Dinner will begin around 7:30 and then we will dance the night away. Dinner will be served family style. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Summer attire that will keep you comfy on a hot, summer day
If you're still in town on Saturday, we'd love to have you over for a backyard barbecue at our place. We'll have beer and wine, and Clark will be serving it up on the grill- think burgers, hotdogs, and all the BBQ classics. Let us know if you're able to join!
