We’re getting married!

Our engagement happened in one of Shelby’s favorite places, Disney California Adventure right in front of the iconic Pixar Pal-A-Round Ferris wheel during Oogie Boogie Bash. Dressed as Fly and Francis the Ladybug from A Bug’s Life, we spent the evening enjoying the magic of Disney together. What Shelby didn’t know was that Runlin had been carrying a very special secret all night. With plenty of nerves and excitement, Runlin got down on one knee and asked Shelby to spend forever with him. Completely surprised and overflowing with happiness, Shelby said “Yes!” creating a magical moment that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. To make the evening even more special, Shelby’s mom was there to celebrate with us and share in the joy of this unforgettable milestone. We are so excited to begin this next chapter together and cannot wait to continue our adventure as the future Mr. & Mrs. Xiao. 💍✨
