Like many great desi love stories, ours began with a rishta aunty. Plot twist: she turned out to be related to one of us...because ofcourse she did. Long distance? Zeeshan in Toronto, Shelina in Calgary. But he didn't let that stop him - flights to Calgary became a full-time hobby. After a few visits, it was Shelina's turn to check out Toronto (for research purposes, obviously). Somewhere between puppy yoga, zoo lights, and countless hangouts, this "arranged" rishta slowly turned into something much more.
