We have reserved a room block for September 18th-20th at the Hampton Inn. Please use the link provided and discount code. Please book by August 28th to receive the group rate. The Hampton Inn is 1 mile from our ceremony location and 5.5 miles from our reception location. **Please contact us if there are no rooms left in the block and we will request more. **If you’ve booked your room at the Hampton Inn prior to using the discount code/ room block, please call the Hampton Inn and they will adjust your rate.

Shuttle

Trolley

September 19, 2026 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Following the ceremony, we have arranged a trolley service from the Hampton Inn to Dolphin Head for the reception. The first trolley will leave the Hampton Inn at 3:30 PM, followed by a second run at 4:00pm. The first shuttle will depart from Dolphin Head at 8:45 PM, followed by a final run at 9:15 PM to return guests to the Hampton Inn. This is a windowless, open-air trolley that seats 32 guests. Please plan accordingly for the breezy trip!
