We meet at our current church home, the Church Without Walls. We didn’t think much about it and reconnected about a year later on social media. We began dating and moved at a pace of a snail in our dating life. Eventually we landed our first date at Denny's and the rest is history. Sheldon is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is the middle child who has a great love for ribs, Cajun food and ice cream. Sheldon is the proud parent of three beautiful girls, ages 26, 22 and 21. One of Sheldon's greatest accomplishments is serving his country in the United States Marine Corps and completing a tour in Okinawa, Japan. Angela is originally from St. Louis; Missouri and she grew up a middle child as well. She has a love for family, church and cooking is her therapy. One of her greatest accomplishments is becoming licensed to preach by Pastor Ralph Douglas West Sr. The Bride and Groom united joined the Marriage Ministry at church and decided to pursue each other in holy matrimony. God allowed our paths to cross, and we are grateful for our initial solid friendship, the opportunity to be in each other’s lives as we look forward to a couple of forever’s together.
