The Lodge at Schroon Lake
The lodge has a lot to offer without leaving the property! Including a restaurant, tavern, indoor pool & hot tub, game room with a pool table, shuffleboard & more, they have outdoor activities (weather dependent) and host ad-hoc indoor events like trivia, bingo, crafting, & more. We will update closer to with anything specific they are hosting the weekend of the wedding.
Schroon Lake Department Store
This is a cute store for trinkets on the main street! It's only a minute drive or 5 minute walk from the Lodge.
Pine Cone Mercantile & North Woods Bread Co
This is a cute store on the main street for trinkets or some baked goods! It's only a minute drive or 5 minute walk from the Lodge.
9 Mile Coffee Co
This is a cute coffee shop on the main street. They have some food and baked good options also if you're looking for something quick! It is only a minute drive or 5 minute walk from the Lodge.
Stewart's Shops
For anyone not familiar with Stewarts... it may look like just a gas station but they have some of the best ice cream. Not the most weather appropriate suggestion but highly recommend the mint cookie crumble ice cream!
Gore Mountain
If you are interested in doing some skiing or snowboarding (weather dependent) Gore Mountain is about a 35 min drive from the Lodge!
West Mountain
Another option for some winter activities, if you are interested in doing some snow tubing or skiing (weather dependent) West Mountain is about a 45 min drive from the Lodge!
Bolton Landing
If you want to pop in some shops or get lunch, Bolton is a cute area of Lake George to check out! It's about a 30 minute drive from the Lodge.
The Sagamore Resort
This is a well known resort/hotel in Lake George. They have a Spa and some restaurants in the hotel as well. It is about a 30 min from the Lodge located in Bolton Landing
Bolton Landing Brewing Company
This is a cute brewery to visit in Bolton Landing. In the winter they normally have a few outdoor igloos you can sit in as well! This is about a 30 minute drive from the lodge.
The Huddle Kitchen & Bar
This is a restaurant option in Bolton as well.
Lake George Village
Lake George Village is about a 30 minute drive and has shops, arcades, and restaurants to explore.
Adirondack Pub & Brewery
This is one of our favorite breweries/restaurants in Lake George! It is about a 35 minute drive from the Lodge.
The Outlets at Lake George
If you're looking to do some shopping, the Lake George outlets are about a 40 minute drive from the Lodge.
Lake George Baking Company
This is a really good bakery in Lake George! They are well known for their Fudge Fancy cookies.
