Shelby and Jake first met back in 2016 via the 21st century modern way: Shelby messaging Jake on Facebook asking "If they knew each other, he looked familiar?” (We all know Shelby is a go-getter...) Did they know each other? Have they seen each other before? Did Jake really look familiar to Shelby? The world may never know! 😉 The two went out on a few dates in 2016, had fun and then a mutually parted ways, (neither of the two were ready for a relationship.) Fast forward 2 years and Jake is now the one reaching back out to Shelby asking about nonetheless... THE WEATHER! They went out on a couple of dates, shared laughs and truth be told that opposites actually do attract! One night over Taco Bell and on one of Shelby’s “favorite days” (NATIONAL KOE WETZEL day 2-28) Jake asked Shelby to be his… and the rest is history! Shelby Ann & Jake share a love of fishing, the great outdoors, countless adventures together, road trips, playing pranks on one another, Harry Potter & their 4 dogs. Although the two come from different worlds, have opposite personalities and are 888 days apart in age from each other other, they compliment the other one, vibe and roll with the flow quite well, (on most days!) They plan to embark and embrace their next great adventure together by making the unbreakable vow on 9-13-24. 🤍
