Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Hampton Inn to Folino both before and after the wedding. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 2:45pm SHARP. If you are staying elsewhere and plan on using ride shares, it is recommended to pre-schedule your rides as the area is very rural.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive anywhere from 3:00-3:15. The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 3:30 and if you are not in your seats by then you will unfortunately have to wait from inside the venue. There will be a fantastic assortment of wine to sample before the ceremony so please arrive early to try them!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones and cameras). We want everyone to be fully present with us and have hired professionals to help us capture this special moment. After the ceremony, take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 18th, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend and mark you as such. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time given to us. Thank you :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Formal Preferred : Long gowns and suits with ties. Dressy cocktail dresses/separates are also suitable. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, so please bring furs and shawls if desired.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invitations will specify how many seats we have reserved for you. Additional guests cannot be accommodated due to venue restrictions and guest count.
