On December 13th, 2025, Tyler and Shelby were married in an intimate ceremony on the shores of Twin Lakes in Leadville, Colorado, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and a small group of their closest loved ones. What made the day even more meaningful was that December 13th had already been their date — the anniversary of when it all began. Saying “I do” on their 13th anniversary, after 13 years together, felt like the most perfect and full-circle way to begin their marriage. The mountains have always held a special place in Shelby’s heart — especially in winter, when everything is quiet, snowy, and a little magical. Colorado has been woven into their story for years, ever since backpacking adventures there in 2018 deepened their love for the outdoors and for the life they were building together. Through every big adventure and wild idea, Tyler has been right there beside Shelby, following her into the mountains and beyond with steady love and support.
