Question

What should I wear?

Answer

While our venue is a barn, we ask that you attend in “smart casual” attire. Examples would be mid length to long dresses for women & collared shirts and khakis for men. (No jeans if possible).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:30pm and no later than 3:50pm to ensure we stay on our timeline for the day.

Where can I sit?

Answer

We will have 100 chairs during the ceremony portion of our day. Rows that are reserved will be clearly marked for you to see. We ask that our family is seated first, along with any older guests and guest needing assistance. There will be standing room and the ceremony will be short and sweet! Reception seating will be on display at the entrance of the reception building.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless stated on your formal invitation, we ask that no extra guests be in attendance. Our venue has a capacity we must abide by.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love ALL of your kids, we ask that this be a kid free event, unless specified on your formal invitation. Our venue capacity is limited. Take the night off from parental duties!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that guests please refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony to ensure our paid photographer can obtain the best photos possible. PLEASE take all the photos you want after the conclusion of the formal ceremony!! I would love to see the night through everyone else’s point of view!

When will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the conclusion of our ceremony. Guest will make their way to the building, this is where you will find the seating chart on display to find your table. During this time, the bar will open and light appetizers will be available. Dinner will begin at 6:00pm. We ask that everyone be seated at 5:45pm for the entrance of the bridal party. Don’t worry, our DJ will be sure to make this announcement for you! Tables will be released one by one to help themselves to the buffet.
