This is the National Landmark Historic District of Jekyll Island. This is where the exclusive Jekyll Island Club was built on the island, and was a retreat for many of America's wealthiest families, including the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Pulitzers and more. Here you can view several historic club homes and structures, as well as the famous southern live oak trees.
