What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our vibe is Formal Attire, Black Tie Optional. Think tuxes, gowns, or your favorite elegant outfit you never get to wear. Basically, look fancy, feel fabulous, and come ready to dance.

Are children welcome to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our wedding is 18+! While we love your little ones, this is a party for the grown-ups! Think of it as a night off to relax and enjoy the evening! No chicken nuggets, no bedtime routines, just cocktails and questionable dance moves. We appreciate you making prior arrangements and leaving the children at home to celebrate with us.

Are there hotel blocks nearby?

Yes, We've reserved rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott in Parkside Town Commons located at 1008 Parkside Main St, Cary, NC 27519. Visit our Travel page for booking links and other booking options. ROOM BLOCKS WILL BE OPEN UNTIL MARCH 27 SO PLEASE BOOK BY THEN.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2026 so we can finalize our guest count and meal selections.

NO. Please refer to your envelope and RSVP page. Please RSVP for the people that are listed.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be held at The Upchurch in located at 713 Roberts Road Cary, NC 27519. The reception will follow immediately after cocktail hour.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is a guest parking lot on site. There will be a parking attendant to help guest with parking. There are only 70 spots (3 of those spots are Handicapped parking) so please feel free to carpool. There will be an open bar so please UBER or Lyft to the venue if you plan on partaking!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

NO!!! Our photographer and her assistant will tackle you. JK…..Kind of. Please no photos during the wedding ceremony! This will be an unplugged ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Fashionably early! Guest are asked to arrive by 4:30.

What kind of meal will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving a seated dinner with options for beef/chicken and vegetarian. You can indicate your meal preferences and dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
