As fate would have it Rob and Shelby met at no other place than the gym. Shelby had just moved to Austin to begin Physical Therapy school. An avid Cross Fitter, Shelby had to find a Cross Fit box the week of her move. Little did she know that the stars would align and she would meet Rob, her soul mate. It was a Friday afternoon and Shelby saw Rob working out. Rob, minding his own business lifting, was thrown completely off when Shelby approached him and said “you are totally off with your technique.” Rob was a bit set back by Shelby since no one had ever told him anything like this before. That’s when he told himself “I have to get the bossy new girls number.” Two and a half years later of Cross Fitting together every day, you could say they are a match made in heaven.
