What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

1pm. We will have a live violinist and pianist playing while guests arrive. Ceremony begins at 1:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking available at the chapel and the ballroom. Please try to limit cars at the chapel and car pool if possible due to the smaller amount of parking spaces. Your car is able to stay at the ballroom until 9am on April 4, 2027 (the morning after the wedding).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please don't bring anyone not listed on the invitation or able to place a RSVP. Please let one of us know if you're wanting a plus one. We want to celebrate with those we love but are also being mindful of our guest list. Thanks for understanding.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, they're not. The ceremony is at the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista, AR. The reception is at The Ballroom at I Street in Bentonville, AR. They are about 20-25 minutes apart.

What are the times of ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1:30pm at the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel. Live music starts at 1pm. Cocktail hour begins at 5pm at the Ballroom at I Street.

Is there time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! The bride and groom, as well as their parties, will be using this time to take pictures and freshen up. The ceremony will end around 2:30pm. You can start arriving at The Ballroom at I Street around 4:45pm for cocktail hour, which begins at 5pm.

When is dinner?

Dinner will begin around 6:30pm. Menus will be provided at your seat. Dinner will be buffet style. Hors D'oeurves will be passed around from 5-6pm during cocktail hour as well.

Is there open bar?

Answer

Yes! If you know the bride's side, you certainly know they love to party..and drink! Open bar all night! Last call is at 10:30pm. No shots allowed per venue rules.

Is there a guest book?

Answer

We will be having a photo booth with a live attendant. They make us a book with everyone's pictures taken throughout the night. Please sign the book and/or photos, as we will be using this as our guest book.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Please let either the bride or groom know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. We have already made some for guests! The menu will label the hors d'oeurves as vegan (VE) or gluten free (GF) as well.
