We're getting Married!

Parker will say we met at a bar. Shelby will say we met through mutual friends. Both are true. Shelby was out with some girlfriends and one of her friend's boyfriend met up with them. He then texted some of his friends, including Parker, who was already in the area. We spent the rest of the night talking and getting to know each other. Later in the night, Shelby had to abruptly leave to catch her ride before Parker had a chance to get her number. After a quick Facebook search, Parker sent Shelby a DM to see if she was interested in a date and the rest is history.

Shelby had an inkling the proposal was going to happen soon and Parker planned a Friday date night to visit a couple places we had been wanting to try. We were deciding what to do after dinner but we needed to go home to let the dogs out first. Shelby thought the proposal would have happened by this point, so figured it wasn't "the night". Right before we walked inside, Parker turned around and got down on one knee. We celebrated with the dogs and called our families, it was the perfect ending to the night!
