How do I get to the venue?

To make your journey as seamless as possible, we will be providing transportation from The Forrester and Deer Path Inn. For those joining us from the city, Lake Forest’s train station is just minutes away from The Deer Path Inn, making it an easy option to get to the venue. Ample parking is also available for those driving. And for added convenience, Uber and Lyft services are plentiful throughout the Chicagoland area.

How far away is Lake Forest from Downtown Chicago?

Lake Forest, IL, is about 35 miles north of downtown Chicago. The best way to get there depends on your preferences, but here are a few options: By Car: If you’re driving, you can take I-94 (the Edens Expressway) north. The drive usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. By Train: Metra offers commuter trains from downtown Chicago to Lake Forest. You can catch the Union Pacific North Line from Union Station or Ogilvie Transportation Center. The train ride takes about an hour. Rideshare or Taxi: Services like Uber or Lyft are available.
