Pablo & I are going to be following the guidelines that the country of Colombia set in place. As of now it seems to look like vaccination is NOT required to enter the country, however this could change. Please keep current with the guidelines so there are no issues with you entering the country.
ABSOLUTELY! Whatever your schedule will allow please enjoy this beautiful country. Our ceremony is on a Saturday so if you want to come early or stay after we highly encourage it!
Pablo and I will be working on getting a shuttle service to and from our venue to make sure our guest get back safely to their respective hotels.
When you receive your invitation you and your invited guest names will be on the invitation. "The more the merrier", sadly does not apply here and this is an invite only event!
Pablo and I love your kids - trust us, we do! However, the answer to this question is no. We want this to be a night of partying, so take the night off and come party with us! We understand this can be difficult to arrange child care but when will another opportunity to party the night away in Colombia happen again?! Mom and dad deserve a parents night out!
There is not a specific color we want you to wear, though it is probably best if you avoid wearing white. Dress in something that you feel comfortable, beautiful and are party-ready in! We will be outside in the middle of June so keep that in mind. It does get a tad bit cold as the sun goes down so having a jacket at the ready would be a smart move. Ladies, closed toe shoes are probably best and keep in mind the terrain could be muddy or soft in some areas, but the reception will have wood floors. This is a formal event so long dresses and suits are encouraged.
The wedding will be on Saturday June 17th of 2023 - please let us know if you are going to be joining us no later than May of 2023!
Our ceremony will start promptly at 2pm in El Hato. Arriving closer to 1:30pm is the smartest move so you can enjoy our beautiful venue, take some pictures, and find a seat to be present with us while we say "I do"!
We will make sure there is something for everyone to enjoy! The bride herself has some dietary restrictions so do not fret, there will be plenty to choose from.
If you navigate to the "registry" tab here on our website we have picked out some things that peaked our interest, however we expect absolutely NOTHING from our guests! Making the trip to Colombia and celebrating our big day is the best gift we could ever receive.
