Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm on the second level of Toast. Please arrive 15 mins early for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will begin roughly 4:30 pm after the ceremony at the reception area (top level) of Toast. An elevator is available for those who are not able to use the stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd level.
